Grocery Haul - Saved $133.58 70%!

With the rising cost of food prices - I am tracking and breaking down what I buy - hoping my methods reduce the costs - and sharing with you, so you can save too!

My usual grocery store is a Real Canadian Superstore - so all these prices are compared to them, as if I just went in to do a "normal" shop.

We went into January strong - with a full pantry and freezer - plus all the holiday leftovers - so I didn't do my first Grocery Shop until January 20!
