Eat Well and Be Well Recipe Booklet 
A recipe booklet with tips for healthy eating and menu planning, available in English and in French. Healthy eating, along with being active, is an important part of healthy living. This booklet provides tips to help you and your family eat your way to a healthier life. The 'Comparison of Dietary Fats'; the 'Baking Substitution' and the 'Smoke Points' charts are included.

Comparison of Dietary Fat Charts
The Comparison of Dietary Fats Chart (in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic) is a 5x7” colourful graph listing 13 commonly available oils and their fatty acid levels, including saturated fat, monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat. On the back of the chart is information on understanding dietary fat and cholesterol.
